Get out from your comfort zone and discover yourself

This week we had a guest lecturer who talked about getting out from your comfort zone. We all have our own space and knowledgement area where we are good at. Of course it takes time to find it but when you find it, you should get out of there. That is  the only way to discover you and who you really are. How you feel or how you react in different kind of situations. Or with different type of people. Especially interaction with people you have to know you. I have allways taught; you don´t have to like people around you, but you have tolerate them. This is a good advice for everyone and I think we should more often obey that. My opinion is that people think a bit too much of their own, self-lovers, and then we forget to behave and respect others. I found this picture by accident but I immediatelly liked it. It tells the basics what you should do and be like. (This is my opinion.)

But back to the subject. After the lecture I thought me and my life a bit deeply. When was the last time when I came out of my comfort zone? The first thing what popped to my mind, was when I started this school a year ago. Back then I didn´t know anyone from here and it was a huge change to my previous life to be a student again after so many years. The second one was all those times when I have presented my works, with or without team, infront of people during this year. If one year ago someone would said me, that I will be speaking alone infront of 50 unknown people, I wouldn´t believe it. Still nowdays I´m everytime so nervous before going to stage, but I don´t panic anymore. I´m so greatfull to this school and all the people here, that I have had this opportunity to develope my skills in this area because before it was a BIG uncomfort zone to me.  This picture above tells me the most powerfull secret of self-knowledgement. You basicly know who and where you are but still you should be somewhere else, no someone else.

We were also given a weekly group task. We were supposed to explore and learn to use digital media tool Google Trends. With this tools we designed a website landing page to our guest lecturer´s new business. The business idea is still a secret so I can´t put any pictures or more information what we did for them. But I really liked to use this tool. I tells you what is the trend and "the hottest topics" right now in your business field. With it you are able to find the best keywords which you can use for example in your blogs or in marketing generally.
